Who we are
Narsaik is a Toronto creative production studio operated as part of the Growth Boss group. This policy covers the website at narsaik.com and its subpages. For questions, email gabriel@narsaik.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Name, email, company, the service you are interested in, and your message. Submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox.
- Course signups (Win H2 2026). Email and any optional fields you provide (name, company, team size, biggest challenge). We store these in our CRM and email platform so we can send the course modules you requested.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. These tools use cookies and collect device and usage data in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymized where the platform allows.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and scope a project.
- To deliver the free course you enrolled in and related follow-up emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the website and our content.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named here, who process it on our behalf.
Service providers
Formspree (form delivery), Resend (email delivery), HighLevel (CRM and course automation), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google tags. You can block or clear them in your browser at any time. The site works without them.
Retention
Inquiry and enrollment records are kept while we have an active relationship or a legitimate business reason to keep them, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and Ontario privacy rules you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent, or ask for deletion. Email gabriel@narsaik.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
