Who we are
Narsaik is a Toronto video production and content studio, operated as part of the Growth Boss group. This policy covers narsaik.com and its pages. For questions, email gabriel@narsaik.com.
What we collect
- The shoot brief. Your name, email, company, what you are making, what you want the footage to do, your timing and your message. Submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox.
- Your cut, if you attach it. The home page keeps a list of the shots you watched and for how long, in your browser only. If you leave “Attach my cut” ticked when you send the brief, that list goes with your message so we know which work you lingered on. Untick it and nothing about your viewing is sent. It is never stored anywhere else.
- Course signups. If you enroll in a free course hosted on this domain, we store your email and any optional fields you give us (name, company, team size, biggest challenge) in our CRM and email platform so we can send the modules you asked for.
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. These tools use cookies and collect device and usage data in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymized where the platform allows.
- Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your brief and quote the shoot.
- To deliver a course you enrolled in, and related follow-up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the site and our notes in The Cut.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named below, who process it on our behalf.
Service providers
Formspree (form delivery), Resend (email delivery), HighLevel (CRM and course automation), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Vercel (hosting). Each maintains its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google tags. You can block or clear them in your browser at any time; the site works without them. The home page's record of your cut lives in the page's memory and is gone when you close the tab.
Retention
Briefs and enrollment records are kept while we have an active relationship or a legitimate business reason to keep them, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and Ontario privacy rules you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or ask for deletion. Email gabriel@narsaik.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
